I can't say enough good things about Memories! If you have never been- go! My sisters and I all got our prom dresses from Memories in high school, so when it came time for my wedding I knew we had to go there! After trying two other wedding gown stores before our Memories appointment, I can honestly say that the quality of their dresses and selection is just perfect! Putting bows on the dresses that we wanted to have pulled to try on was so much fun and they even accommodated all five bridesmaids plus my mom in a dressing room suite. We also had all of the groomsmen rent tuxes from Memories and their selection and recommendations were amazing! Service was great from advice on tie colors to seamstresses. Highly recommend!

After a disappointing visit to a swanky store in downtown Chicago my cousin called Memories and was able to make a last minute appointment the very next day for me to look for my dress before I had to head back home to Cleveland. Best decision ever. I had the most amazing experience at Memories! The staff, and especially Darcie, were super friendly and really listened. She made my girlfriends and I feel very welcomed and not rushed. Best part is that I found my dress that visit and was able to take it home that very day! Oh yeah, and it was within my budget! My wedding dress experience at Memories was one of my favorite parts of wedding planning! Kate was so much fun to work with and we received great personal attention during all of my dress appointments. It was a very laid back atmosphere and they have a great selection of gorgeous wedding dresses! We also purchased bridesmaids dresses and the mother of the bride dress. They were great about accommodating and working with my bridesmaids, who live in all different parts of the country. I'm so grateful that they helped me find my dream wedding dress and would highly recommend this place to any bride!

Memories was the second place that I went when I began looking for my wedding dress. Fairly quickly into the appointment I knew I would not have to go anywhere else! The dress selection is amazing. I had an idea of what I was looking for and my consultant was great at helping me find just that. In a world where wedding dresses had all started to look the same to me, I was able to find my perfect, unique dress, unlike anything I had seen before. It was love at first sight! Now, just a few months later my dress is already in and just as perfect as I remembered. I even have my appointment set for alterations thanks to the recommendation of my consultant. Memories took the stress out of finding a perfect wedding dress, leaving just the excitement and satisfaction of knowing I made the perfect choice!

5 stars! As you can see from other reviews (all 5 star reviews!) this is the best place in the area to find your dream dress. We all watch TLC's Say Yes to the Dress, but few of us can make the trip to Kleinfelds nor afford the price tags of their dresses. This is Kalamazoo's Kleinfelds! From the moment you lay eyes on the dresses in the store window, you will be amazed. The sales staff is sooooo helpful and they really identify with you and want you to have the best experience trying on dresses. I ended up buying my wedding gown, bridesmaid dresses, jewelry, and accessories here! I had an amazing experience! And my husband loved my dress too.

Great experience! Friendly staff, they actually choose the dress that I picked! Love the dress selection, great price range, my max budget was the most expensive dresses they had so it worked perfect for me. We didn't have to look at price tags which is always a plus. Would recommend Memories to any bride!

I would give more stars if I could! A few months ago, I had the most amazing bridal dress experience at Memories. My mom, sister and I had a morning appointment on a Saturday in November and Cailin helped me find the perfect dress. She listened carefully to what I was looking for and what my budget was. My mom, sister and I pulled a few dresses that we liked, and Cailin pulled some as well. The very first dress I tried on was one she pulled for me. It was THE one. I loved it immediately. I tried 11 more dresses on and went back to the first. Mom cried, I cried, we knew it was the one! Cailin was not pushy, nor did she rush me. She made me feel comfortable making a very important purchase. She gave great feedback and we honestly had so much fun the entire visit. It was perfect...exactly what you would hope for.

The consultants really take their time to make sure you find the perfect gown and you are feeling happy and beautiful. The best part, they register all of the dresses so they only sell ONE of each style to same school! Totally reduces your chances of matching someone else at your prom or event! My daughter, her BFF and I went to pick up the dresses they had already fell in love with and purchased a few weeks earlier, but I asked them to try them on again. My daughter's friend came out beaming, still in love with her dress. My daughter came out with tears welling up in her eyes and said she felt ugly in the dress now. Logan took so much time talking with my daughter about her own personal flaws in order to relate to the feelings my daughter was having. She found every undergarment you could ever imagine and tried those too. She wasn't going to give up until my daughter felt beautiful. After much time, and tears from ALL of us, including Logan, she left feeling beautiful. They did not have to spend all this time with us on this busy Saturday, the girls had already purchased the dresses so there was no more money in it for them. Logan and the others that checked on us, cared about my daughter's feelings and wanted her to feel beautiful. I can't express to you how much this meant to us. We purchased her prom dress last year from Memories, and had fantastic service as well. They have never let us down!
