My staff are some of the kindest, most generous people I have ever had the privilege of knowing. Memories is a magical store where we embrace diversity and celebrate all love. My advice to brides is to only start shopping when you are ready to say yes to your dress. Of course, purchasing your bridal gown is a huge decision, but it can become overwhelming and confusing the more places you go and dresses you try on!”
Kelsey has been with Memories for 10 years after starting right after graduating from Western Michigan University with her degree in Fashion Merchandising. Kelsey knows how to do it all at Memories and has played many roles including Consultant and Purchasing Manager before taking on the role of Store Manager. Her passion for Memories and love for her staff shine through in all that she does. When she’s not at work, she loves spending her time with a good thriller novel and her cat, Kit Kat. Although Kelsey doesn’t normally take many appointments, she is always here to give advice and moral support. But every once in a while, she’ll take a bridal appointment because they’re too much fun to pass up!
